One of the greatest aspects of Fields of Mistria is the fact that you’ll never lack things to do, new challenges to take on, or treasures to discover. One of the things you’ll be gathering quite a lot of while exploring is Bugs, and none are rarer than the five Legendary Bugs. Recommended Videos.
Just like with Legendary Fish, there is a specific Legendary Bug that emerges in each season. Additionally, there is one Legendary Bug that can spawn during Spring, Summer, or Fall, though that doesn’t make it any easier to find.
Advice for Catching Bugs in Fields of Mistria
Unlike with Fish, Bugs don’t typically have designated locations where they spawn. They can show up almost anywhere in the overworld of Mistria, and you need to keep a watchful eye for them when their spawning conditions are met.
You won’t also receive a notification at the start of the day if a Legendary Bug is making an appearance, so my overall advice is to keep an eye out everywhere you go and ensure you thoroughly explore the map if the spawning conditions for a Bug have been fulfilled.
The only tip I can offer is that leaving and re-entering an area, whether by moving to a different map or entering and exiting a building, will reset the Bugs (and Fish) in that area. You can also try shaking trees to attract certain Bugs, though this is somewhat hit-or-miss.
